Thank you, Darryl Lee, Dr Cheong and Ms Wong Lay Hoon for helping to save a heart!

As Bukit View Secondary Student Darryl Lee was on his way home, he received a notification from the myResponder App about an incident nearby. Immediately, he responded to the scene and found other first responders helping a man who had suffered a cardiac arrest and collapsed. The other first responders were Dr Bernard Cheong and Ms Wong Lay Hoon who were alerted to the incident by the passerby. Together, they took turns to continue CPR with the help of a young man and a young woman. After which, Dr Cheong used the Automated External Defibrillator on the man while instructing Darryl to assist with the administering of the oxygen supply from the clinic. Thank to their efforts, they were all awarded the Community Lifesaver Award by SCDF!

Thank you, Darryl Lee, Dr Cheong, and Ms Wong Lay Hoon for your efforts to help DARE to save a heart.
