8-year-old girl saved by CPR

As Sofia Montoya was playing a game of tag at her school, suddenly she fell to the ground and collapsed. Her friends quickly ran for help. A school staff member quickly performed CPR on her with the help of the 911 dispatcher on the other line guiding her through the steps. Upon hearing the call for help, a sheriff who was nearby quickly arrived and took over CPR until medical help arrived.

Always remember, if you witness someone collapsed and is not breathing or unresponsive, call 995 and stay on the line, the medical dispatcher is always on the other line to guide you until medical help arrives.
